The
SAT Reasoning Test (formerly Scholastic Aptitude Test and Scholastic Assessment Test) is a standardized test for college admission in the United States.
The SAT tests students' basic knowledge of subjects they have learned in the classroom - such as reading, writing, and math - in addition to how students think, solve problems, and communicate. The SAT tells students how well they use the skills and knowledge they have attained in and outside of the classroom.
Prior registration is required to take the test. Students may get a paper registration packet from Ms. Peel or register online at
www.collegeboard.org. You will need to know your high school code when you register.
