Using Good Hygiene |
1. Hand washing is by far the best way to prevent germs from spreading and to keep your kids from getting sick. 2.Be sure to encourage children to wash their hands before eating or helping in the kitchen, and after sneezing, blowing their noses, and coughing.
3. Experts as well as medical organizations like the CDC recommend if you don't have a tissue available that you cough into your elbow or upper sleeve. There is a LOT less chance that you'll pass germs along that way since it's much harder to touch other objects with your elbow. |
