Speed Zones |
Paris Police Officers assigned to the North Lamar ISD frequently work speed zones on Stillhouse Road and Stone Avenue. We encourage drivers to use extreme caution while driving these roadways. Please observe and follow state laws set by the State of Texas and pay close attention to speeds and cellular phone usage while in the school zones. Our students safety is our number one concern. We frequently deploy the radar trailer to make drivers aware of the speed zones. | | |

2004/2005 School year showed drastic reduction in violence |
During the 2004/2005 school year, Stone Middle School proved that a reduction in violence could be accomplished. Stone Middle School received national recognition for over a 50% reduction in violence. National recognition was given by the Department of Juvenile Justice. | | |
